Enabling the Task Management Tool

Select Your Worker
Navigate to the worker you want to configure and click on the Tools tab.

Scroll through the available tools to locate Task Management.

Enable the Tool
Check the box next to Task Management to activate it for this worker.

Review Capabilities
The task management tool includes five core capabilities:
- View tasks: See all current tasks
- Create tasks: Add new tasks to the list
- Update tasks: Modify existing tasks and mark progress
- Delete tasks: Remove completed or unnecessary tasks
- Clear all: Reset the entire task list
All five capabilities are typically enabled by default. You can customize which capabilities to enable based on your workflow needs.
